INZSEF Design respects your privacy. This notice explains how we collect and use personal information when you use this website or contact us about a project.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address and project message. We may also receive technical information needed to operate the website, such as basic usage and security data.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to you, discuss a possible project, prepare quotations where requested, maintain business records, protect the website from misuse and improve our services. We use analytics only as configured on this website to understand aggregate website activity.

Consent and legal basis

By ticking the consent box on our contact form, you agree that we may use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry. We may also process information where needed to take steps requested by you before a contract, perform a contract, comply with applicable law or protect legitimate business interests. You may withdraw consent at any time, but this does not affect earlier processing.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us host this website, provide email, maintain systems or deliver services, only where necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards. Some providers may process data outside Malaysia.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and related business records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and our legal obligations. Short-lived security and rate-limit records, aggregate analytics events, administrator activity records and application logs are removed automatically according to the website's configured retention schedule. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or update your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask questions about how we handle it. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a functional PHP session cookie, which expires when you close your browser, for form and security features. It also uses two first-party, one-bit analytics cookies: inzsef_visit_session lasts 30 minutes and inzsef_visitor_seen lasts up to one year. These cookies contain no personal identifier. The database stores aggregate daily page-view, visit and new-browser totals; it does not store cookie values, IP addresses or user agents.

Google Analytics is disabled unless INZSEF enters a valid GA4 Measurement ID in the website settings. When enabled, Google Analytics loads from Google, uses IP anonymisation in the site's configuration and may set its own analytics cookies or transfer usage data to Google. The current production decision and GA4 setting must remain aligned. You can block or remove cookies through your browser settings, although blocking the functional session cookie may affect forms.
