We specialize in factory offices, industrial facilities, and corporate interior projects, delivering end-to-end design and build solutions with strong emphasis on process control, site coordination, and execution efficiency — particularly within live-operation and compliance- driven environments.

INZSEF DESIGN achieved RM7 million in revenue in our first year, maintained an average annual growth of at least 20%, and reached RM40 million in revenue by 2025, reflecting our operational strength and market trust.

To further enhance our management systems, INZSEF DESIGN is currently undergoing the ISO application and certification process, reinforcing our commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Founder and Managing Director of INZSEF DESIGN SDN. BHD., Kayden provides overall strategic direction, corporate governance, and project oversight. He leads the company with a strong focus on execution discipline, quality standards, and client confidence — ensuring every project is delivered with accountability, precision, and long-term value.

Luah Chiat Ming

ID Project Director

Ming leads the design function at INZSEF, overseeing design development, technical coordination, and design compliance. With formal training in interior design from The One Academy and extensive industry experience, he ensures all design outputs are practical, buildable, and aligned with project requirements.

Beh Huat Soon

Construction Project Director

Soon heads construction and site execution, managing complex projects with strict control over schedule, workmanship, and coordination. His strong site management capability and process-driven approach ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with approved specifications and quality standards.
